Apen city council members are considering a 14 mph speed limit in a residential area. Residents say few drivers are obeying the current 25 mph speed limit and are ignoring other effects to protect people. Now, most of you already know what I'm going to say, right. The drivers are not obeying the speed limit because the Zombie virus is slowly destroying there brain. That is only a very small part of this insidious Zombie virus. Think, why do the drivers have to drive so slow to protect the people. Because the infected people are drawn to the road because of the roadkill. This is causing a very dangerous situation with infected people wandering out into the road. If anything the speed limit should be raised.
