My GOD! If only he had licensed .38 ammunition his dear girlfriend would be alive today. Why is this a story? The only reason the government licenses anything is for money [will there are a few thing that need licensed, just a few]. I would bet money that drugs were involved, long term use of steroids and or alcohol, just a guess. Trust me, his girlfriend would be just as dead with licensed .38 ammo. The Zombie virus is out there and it's working in the most hideous ways.
